摘    要:随着酵母工业的快速发展,酵母废水对环境的污染程度日趋严重,已成为制约酵母企业发展的瓶颈。当前,废水中有机污染物的污染程度主要以综合指标五日生化需氧量(BOD5)和化学需氧量(COD)来表述。这些综合指标并不能客观地反映废水中有机污染物的组成与含量。用毛细管气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪能快速、灵敏地分析废水中的有机污染物。本文首次将酵母废水中可溶性有机物分为可吹脱有机物、液液萃取(LLE)可萃取有机物等,分别采用吹脱捕集-GC-MS、LLE-GC—MS等方法进行分析,确定了该废水中可溶性有机污染物的主要种类。其中,碳氢化合物、酯、芳香烃、醇、有机羧酸和杂环化合物较高,酮与醛含量较低。

Analysis of Dissolved Organic Contaminants in Yeast Wastewater by GC-MS

Abstract:With the rapid development of yeast industry, effluent from yeast factories is increasing sharply, which affects negatively the sustainable development of yeast industry. The traditional comprehensive index of organic contaminant in wastewater, such as BOD5 and COD, can not indicatethe real chemical component and assay, and GC-MS is introduced for the analysis of organic pollutants in wastewater. In this study, dissolved Organic Contaminants in yeast wastewater are divided as volatile organic compounds (VOC) and extractable organic compounds (EOC). GC/MS with the procedure of purge and capture and GC/MS with the separation procedure of liquid-liquid extraction (LLE), are applied to examine the component, respectively. The result showed that more than 100 compounds are detected. Of these components, the content of hydrocarbons, esters, hydroxybenzenes, alcohols, organic acids and heterocyclic rings are relatively high, however that of ketons and aldehydes is low.
