肝素化丝素/聚氨酯共混膜的制备及其缓释性能

摘    要:以自制的非水溶性丝素粉体为载体,将肝素与医用聚氨酯同溶液混合,制备出含有肝素的丝素/聚氨酯共混膜,解决了肝素与聚氨酯同溶液共混成膜时团聚的问题,并利用丝素蛋白良好的吸附和缓释功能,使肝素从共混膜中缓慢释放出来,达到相对长效的抗凝血效果。利用ATR—FTIR分析了肝素加入后丝素粉体、丝素/聚氨酯共混膜的红外光谱的变化,并对共混膜中肝素的缓释性能及共混膜在PBS溶液中浸泡48h前后的形貌变化进行了研究。

Preparation and Releasing Property of SFP/PU Blend Membrane Containing Heparin

Abstract:A self-made silk-fibroin powder (SFP), which was water-insoluble, was used as the carrier of heparin (HEP) to blend with polyurethane (PU) in the solvent of N, N- dimethyl formamide (DMF). In this SFP/PU blend membrane containing HER on one hand, it solved the problem that agglomerations happened when HEP was blended dicretly with PU; in the other hand, silk-fibroin had the property of good absorption and releasing funtion that HEP can release lowly from the blend membrane, and so that it maintain relatively long-term anti-clotting effect. ATR-FTIR was used to analysis the change in the infrared spectrum when HEP was added, and the releasing property of HEP from the blend membrane and the morphology of the blend membrane when it was immersed in the PBS solution for 48h were studied.
