摘    要:本文采用超高分子量聚乙烯长丝作为织造原料,开发出了三维梯度组织机织防刺织物,较系统地讨论了其组织结构、上机工艺的设计原理,提出了上机织造时的注意事项。实验结果表明:三维梯度组织机织防刺织物紧密厚实,结构合理,以最少的原料达到较好的防刺效果,但上机较为复杂,织造效率较低。

Weaving Technology Design of Three-Dimensional Trapezoid weave Stab-Resistant woven Fabric

Abstract:In this study, using UHMWPE as weaving material, the three-dimensional trapezoid weave stab-resistant fabric was developed, and the more systematic discussion was made on the principle of weaves and weaving technologies. The experimental results show that the developed three-dimensional trapezoid weave stab-resistant fabric are compact and firm, reasonable in structure, and can achieve better stab-resistant effect with least amount of raw material, however, it is complicated in loom and woven less effectively.
