| 摘 要： | 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子能谱等测试手段 ,从材料成分、微观组织、断口形貌以及腐蚀产物成分等角度 ,分析了氧化塔内置盘管式不锈钢换热器开裂失效的原因。结果表明 ,该不锈钢换热器失效的原因是氯离子引起的应力腐蚀开裂所致

| Abstract: | The failure analysis was made of the cracking of the built in coil heat exchanger of stainless steel in an oxidation tower in material composition,micro structure fracture appearance,and compositions of corrosion products by using optical microscope,SEM,electronic energy spectrum. The result shows that the failure cause of the heat exchanger was SCC induced by Cl. |
