高炉密闭软水系统在线清洗预膜技术的应用研究

摘    要:采用在线处理高炉密闭软水系统的清洗预膜技术,对停炉时间过长,内循环系统设备及管道结垢和内壁腐蚀等问题,通过试验确定在不影响生产的情况下实施清洗预膜方案.实践证明对高炉密闭软水系统在线除垢清洗及预膜效果良好,碳钢挂片腐蚀率为0.777 6 m2/h,钝化膜达18.72 s,达到预期的要求.

Abstract:The on-line processing of blast furnace closed soft water system cleaning and pre-membrane technology were adopted in the paper. The technology is used to slove the problems of long shutdown time, internal circulation system equipment and pipeline scaling and internal corrosion. The solution of implementing cleaning pre-membrane technology is determined . It is proved that the effect of the blast furnace closed soft water system on line cleaning and prefilming is good. The corrosion rate of carbon steel hanging piece is O. 777 6 g/m^2 · h and the passivation film is 18.72 s ,which achieve the desired requirements.
