循环流化床锅炉旋风分离器内流场数值计算与结构优化

摘    要:采用FLUENT软件随机轨道模型,在拉格朗日坐标系下运用跟踪颗粒运动的方法描述颗粒的运动轨迹,对旋风分离器内的流场进行模拟,分析当旋风分离器的切入角和外简直径变化时对速度场和分离效率的影响,为旋风分离器的结构设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Particle tracking method is used to simulate inner flowing of the cyclone separators under Lagrange coordinate system with FLUENT random track model.Analysis is made on the effect on velocity field and separating performance when digging angle and outer cylinder diameter of the cyclone separator changes.Theoretical bases are therefore provided for the structural design of cyclone separator.
