快淬MmNi_(3.5)Co_(0.75)Mn_(0.55)Al_(0.2)合金的电化学性能

摘    要:应用不同的快淬速度制取成分为MmNi3.5Co0.75Mn0.55Al0.2的贮氢合金,并做了电化学充放电循环实验,比较了它们的电化学活化速度、放电容量、放电电压性能以及电化学循环稳定性。冷却速度越高,合金的电化学循环稳定性越好、放电电压平台越平坦,放电电压也稍高,但导致放电容量下降,初期活化困难。

Abstract:Electrochemical charge discharge-cycling measurements were made on electrode samples prepared from rapidly quenched MmNi 3 5 Co 0 75 Mn 0 55 Al 0 2 alloys with different quenching rates.It has been found that,the higher the quenching rate was,the better the cycle stability and the higher and flatter the discharge voltage plateau we got.However,rapid quenching technique also made the activation of the alloy more difficult.The cycle durability increased with quenching rate,but the capacity decreased with it.The X ray diffraction patterns showed that there was a little difference in phase structure though all samples involved had the same AB 5 type phase
