华能海门电厂总平面布置优化

摘    要:厂区总平面布置对火力发电厂来说有着举足轻重的作用,与总平面布置相关的投资占整个工程静态投资的10%~15%,而且布置是否优化对投产后的运行管理费用有很大的影响。相对于一般的滨海电厂,华能海门电厂在总平面布置相关方面做出了很多新的尝试,如穿烟囱的输煤栈桥、最大限度地使用明渠取排水等,可为相关工程提供参考。

Abstract:The general layout plays a pivotal role for coal-fired power plants, whose investment accounts for 10% - 15 % of the whole project static investment. And the layout optimization has a great influence on the operation management costs. Huaneng Haimen Power Plant made more attempt on general layout than other power plants in coastal areas, such as the coal handling gallery through the chimney, drainage taking by open channel in a maximum extent, and so on, which could provide reference for related projects.
