摘    要:进行高压架空输电线路雷害风险评估,并合理安排防雷改造的次序,对电力系统的经济性和运行安全性十分关键和重要。目前,国内外关于输电线路雷害风险评估还没有确定的评估模型和评估标准。基于改进层次分析法,综合考虑了与输电线路雷害风险有关的各种因素,提出了一种关于输电线路雷害风险评估的简易模型,并进行了算例分析。算例分析验证了该方法的有效性,基本能满足工程应用的要求。

Abstract:According to the demand of efficiency and operation safety in power system, it is extremely important to implement the risk evaluation of lightning disturbance for high voltage overhead transmission lines. However, there is no determined model and standard for the risk evaluation of lightning disturbance in transmission lines at home and abroad. Based on the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and comprehensively considering the related factors of lightning disturbance risk, this article suggested a simplified model of lightning disturbance risk assessment, and carried out the example analysis. The results show that this model is effective and it could meet the requirements of the project application.
