箱体零件信息建模的研究与实践

摘    要:零件信息是CAPP与CAM各个环节之间进行数据交换与共享的前提条件,建立一个适于各环节的零件信息模型,是正确产生机制工艺,实现CIMS集成的关键。本文论述了运用WIN-DOWS软件的面向对象的设计思想和特征造型技术,建立信息特征模型,是解决CAPP以及CIMS集成技术问题的一种有效的解决方法,并着重介绍了基于WINDOWS软件研制开发的HZCAPP系统箱体零件信息建立的特征模型,以及基于此模型建立的信息层次输入法

Abstract:The message of spare parts is the prerequisite condition that all links betweenCAPP and CAM exchange datas and enjoy datas in common. It is the key founding the model ofparts message that adapts to all links that it correctly forms machine made craft and realizesCIMS integration.This paper discusses the designing idea and molding feature applying WIN-DOWS softward and facing object Founding the message feature medel is a valid mothed solvingCAPP and CIMS integration.This paper emphasizes feature model founded by cubic parts mes-sage of HZCAPP system based on WINDOWS softward and message input mothed in step basedon this model.
