基于磨擦传动技术的大长度自动控制测量标准装置

摘    要:利用磨擦轮、步进电机、无线数据通讯技术和激光干涉测量系统,实现无线自动伺服控制、环境参数自动采集的无线自动控制的大长度标准测量装置,装置的移动测量平台导轨上的运行速度不低于300 mm/s,快速定位标准偏差优于±20μm,实现自动精确定位,自动测量.

Abstract:A friction-wheel drive, stepping motor, wireless communication, laser interferometer system and environmental parameter auto-collection were used to achieve large dimension wireless automatic controlling standard measuring equipment. The speed of its measuring table is larger than 300 mms on the guide, and its quick positioning standard deviation is better than ±20μm. So the large dimension standard measuring equipment can make automatic measurement is based on auto accurate positioning.
