摘    要:以Floquet理论为基础,给出了一种识别临界转速的新方法.在此基础上,通过实例研究了识别出的低价临界转速与机构一个运动周期中固有频率平均值的关系.最后,通过动态应力分析验证了识别结果的正确性.

Abstract:In this paper, the authors present a method of calculation that confirms Stamps experimental observation concerning a fourebar nexible linkagc mechanism made in 1983 [1], and goes further to predict similar phenomenon for six-bar flexible linkage mechanism.Stamps established experimentally that when the input frequency of a four bar flexible linkage mechanism is the cyclic average of the fundamental frequency divided by positive intcgCr n, low-frequency resonance occurs.The authors' method is an application of Floquet's mathematical study of stability of differential equations. The authors derive eqs. (12), (14), and (15) that are important in the authors' method.The authors' method allows numerical exploration of areas much beyond just fundamental frequency of four-bar flexible linkage mechanism. The authors, make computation for hihger natural frequencics for both Stamps four-bar linkage mechanism and a specific six-bar flexible linkage mechanism and find that in the neighborhood of the cyclic average of 2nd or 3rd frequency divided by a positive integer, low-frequency resonance may exist. Owing to damping, such low--frequency resonance is expected to be quite weak if it exists; this comparatively difficult experimental observation remains to be done.
