改性壳聚糖对Ag^+的吸附性能研究

摘    要:利用壳聚糖与氯丙酸反应,制备了改性壳聚糖,并研究了改性壳聚糖对Ag^+的吸附性能。试验结果表明,在pH值为4-6,吸附时间为240rain,温度为40℃,氯丙酸一壳聚糖对Ag^+的吸附率达到95%以上。通过运用相关数学模型对试验数据进行拟合表明,氯丙酸一壳聚糖对Ag^+的吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich等温方程式,最大吸附量为216.9197mg/g,吸附过程符合一级动力学方程。

Abstract:In the paper, an efficient procedure to modify chitosan was carried out by the reaction of chloropropionic acid and chitosan. The adsorption behavior of Ag^+ by modified ehitosan was investigated. On the condition of pH value 4 -6, adsorption time 240rain and temperature 40℃the adsorption rates of Ag^+ was up to 95% by chloropropionic acid-chitosan. The experimental data were fit with related mathematic models, and the isotherm adsorption equilibrium fit Langmuir model and Freundlich model. The largest adsorption quantity Qmax is 216. 919 7rag/g, n is 2. 687 4, the R2 values are respectively 0.997 3 and 0.986 6. The adsorption process kinetics accords to the first - order equation.
