摘    要:雹云中5 min闪电频数明显多于非雹云,形成的雷声信号能量相对集中在85~100 Hz。因此,利用雷声和闪电特征可以识别雹云。同时,根据声测定位技术,利用"五元十字阵"可以得到雷声声源的空间方位。再由声、电信号传播时延得到闪电距离。从而实现对雹云的判别和空间定位,为人工消雹作业提供指导。

Hail clouds identification and localization using lightning and thunder signals

Abstract:Hail clouds generate more lightning than others during 5 mins. Energy of thunder that comes from hail clouds relatively focuses on 85 ~ 100 Hz. So we can identify hail clouds by thunder and lightning signals. According to acoustic localization technology, we can get hail clouds localization by using "cross array with five sound sensors", and get the distance by the time delay between lightning and thunder. This method could realize spatial orientation of hail clouds and give guidance to eliminate hail by manual work.
