摘    要:采用定子电流法对电机及其拖动设备进行扭振监测与诊断时,电流信号中频率成分复杂,不仅包含故障频率还有工频及其他信号成分,使用传统的信号处理方法难以将故障频率成分从中分离出来,造成诊断不准确。采用循环平稳的方法对电流信号进行解调,以去除电流信号中的工频干扰,同时对故障频率进行分离,达到更准确识别故障的目的。数据仿真和现场试验的结果表明,采用该种方法能够去除工频成分和分离故障信息,提高了采用定子电流法进行故障诊断的准确性。

Abstract:When using stator current method to monitor and diagnose the electro-mechanical systems' torsional vibration, the current signal includes many kind of frequencies which are the modulation products of the power system frequency and the vibration frequency. It is difficult to separate the faults signal out using the traditionally signal processing method. This paper proposed to process the current signal using cyclostationary method to wipe off the power system frequency and separate the fault signals from the vibration signal,and the faults were identified more accurately. This method was verified quantitatively by digital simulation and experimental results.
