| 摘 要： | 高校教务管理是一项复杂而重要的工作。为提高工作效率．建立基于WEB的高校教务管理系统显得尤为重要。文中介绍了该系统的主要功能，设计了系统的总体结构，并实现了数据库及其安全性。
