飞机座舱压力控制系统性能分析

摘    要:供气系统供气量太小、座舱气密性不良造成漏气量过大或压力调节器失调引起通风量过大,都将导致座舱压力小于调压规律的预定值,从而产生座舱压力过低的故障。在分析供气量、漏气量和通风量对座舱压力影响的基础上,分析了调压性能和故障原因,并指出了飞行和维护中预防和检查座舱压力调节故障的方法。

Abstract:That the air feed quantity of air system is too small, the gas leakiness is too big as the cabin tightnessless, and the aeration quantity is too big as the pressure regulator malfunction, which are three main factors to lead the pressure of cabin lower than the prospective value of the adjust law and to cause low pressure malfunctions of the cabin. The influence of the air feed quantity, the gas leakiness and the air feed quantity on the cabin pressure was analyzed, the pressure regulator ability and the causation of the malfunctions were explained and the ways and means to prevent and inspect the malfunctions of cabin pressure regulation were pointed out.
