| 摘 要： | 与有机膜相比,无机陶瓷膜具有耐高温、耐腐蚀、易洗清、使用寿命长等优点.综述了无机陶瓷膜分离技术在乳品工业中的应用,主要集中在除菌、酪蛋白浓缩、脂肪分离、奶酪生产等领域.相信随着无机陶瓷膜分离技术不断进步,其在乳品工业中的应用将会更加广泛.

| Abstract: | Compared with organic membrane, inorganic ceramic one has some advantages, such as resistant to high temperature and corruption, easy for cleaning, long life span. The application of inorganic ceramic membrane separation technology to dairy industry, which mainly focused on the removal of bacterial, concentration of casein, separation of fat and cheese manufacture, was reviewed. With development of inorganic ceramic membrane separation technology, the application of it to dairy industry will be more popular, |
