废黄河流域水土流失状况与防治对策

废黄河贯穿江北地区,经过江苏境内9个县市,由于土质原因和人口的增长、地区城镇开发进程的加快,水土流失问题日益严重。分析了废黄河水土流失的现状及引起水土流失的自然与人为因素,并提出了废黄河流域开展水土保持的相应措施。

The state of soil erosion and the countermeasure of prevent and cure in the Fei- Yellow River basin

Fei-Yellow River runs through the north of the Changjiang River area, and through nine counties and cities within the territory of Jiangsu. Because of natural reason , population's growth and developing of the process in the regional cities and towns, the soil erosion problem become more and more serious. This text analyzed the danger of soil erosion and the reason, put forward the corresponding measure that launches water and soil conservation in the Fei-Yellow River basin.
