隔爆外壳紧固件的设计

摘    要:隔爆型电气设备是通过隔爆外壳来达到防爆目的的,如果作为紧固件的螺栓损坏,则隔爆外壳的隔爆接合面间隙就无法保证,从而引起传爆。可见,作为紧固件的螺栓所起的作用至关重要。文章从隔爆外壳紧固螺栓容易损坏的两个方面进行了分析,并就紧固螺栓的设计从螺栓强度、铸铝外壳螺纹牙强度,螺栓的预紧力矩的计算,螺栓的防松及精度等方面进行了设计举例,供从事防爆电气行业的有关人员参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The function of flame proof electrical equipment is achieved by the flameproof enclosuer. If the bolt,as a fastener of flameproof enclosuer,is damaged,the gap limited between the flameproof joint faces of the flameproof enclosuer couldn't be ensuered,thereby,it would cause explosion transmission.it is obvious that the crucial importance of the bolt as a fastener.This article makes clear analyses on the damage occurred frequently on the fastening bolt.At the same time,it gives examples for the design of the fastening bolt,considering on bolt intensity,thread teeth intensity of cast aluminum enclosuer,the calculation of pretightening moment of force,anti loose of bolt and the precision of bolt.It is a good reference for the personals concerned in the field of explosion protection electrical equipment.
