基于CAN和WSN的煤矿语音通信系统设计

摘    要:针对现有煤矿语音通信系统的不足,设计了一种既可以够满足正常语音通信要求,又可以在紧急情况下保障应急语音通信的煤矿语音通信系统。该系统采用集成无线收发器和8051微处理器的CC2530作为主控芯片,采用AM—BE2000语音编解码芯片,正常情况下采用CAN总线通信模式,应急情况下采用无线通信模式。详细介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件设计,并通过定性和定量两种方法进行了实验,通过实验证明该系统的声音强度、语音音质、失真度等指标均能满足现场的需求。

Abstract:The paper designs a coalmine voice communication system which can meet normal voice communication, and it also can ensure the emergency situation for voice communication, aiming at the disadvantage of current voice communication system of coalmine. The system adoptes CC2530 chip as the main controller chip which integrated wireless transceiver and 8051 microprocessor. AMBE2000 chip is used as the voice decoding chip. When in the normal situation, the system works under the CAN communication mode, but when in the emergency situation it works under the wireless eommunication mode. The paper introduces the design of the hardware and software of the system in details. Through the quantitative and qualitative experiments, it proves that its intensity of sound, speech quality and distortion factor can meet the requirements of the the coalmine field,
