水平铅酸电池的实验研究与性能分析

摘    要:结合电动汽车电池的应用情况,测试和评价了一种水平铅酸电池.详细介绍了水平铅酸电池的结构特点,分析了电池大电流充放电的能力,提出了水平密封铅酸电池的最佳充电电流,计算了电池的充放电容量效率、能量效率,分析了温度对电池性能的影响.水平铅酸电池具有高比能量、高比功率、大电流充放电性能良好的特点,适合电动汽车使用.

The Test and Performance Analysis of the HORIZON(R) C2M Battery
Abstract:Combined with the batteries'usage in the Electric Vehicle (EV), the performance of the HORIZON○ C2M battery is measured and appraised. Its structure characteristics and advantages are described in detail. High current charge discharge capability is analyzed, and the best charge current for this battery is also suggested. At the same time, the charge discharge capacity efficiency and energy efficiency are calculated. Meanwhile, combined with the temperature's variation during the process of charge and discharge, the effect of the temperature to the battery performance is also summarized. The research result shows that the battery has great energy density, high power density and high current charge discharge capability, so it is suitable for the EVs.
