100t直流电弧炉炼钢工艺实践

摘    要:分析研究了兴澄特钢一分厂100 t直流电弧炉吨钢电耗、吨钢氧耗、冶炼周期和冶炼成本。实践表明,通过提高有效供氧强度至1.25 m3/(t.min),同时改善供氧效率和操作工艺,在70%热装铁水比冶炼时,吨钢冶炼电耗降低至98.7 kW.h,吨钢氧耗为48.5 m3,冶炼周期降低至45 min。

Abstract:The electric power and oxygen consumption per ton steel, tap to tap time in 100 t AC EAF steelmaking process of 1^st branch of Xingcheng Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. , were studied. When 70% hot metal charging process was adopted, the tap-to-tap time reduced to 45 min and the electric power and oxygen consumption can reach 98. 7 kW ·h/t, 48. 5 m^3/t, respectively, by increasing the oxygen supply intensity for the EAF to 1.25 m^3 /(t · min) and improving the efficiency of oxygen and operational processes.
