IP型呼叫中心部署方案分析

摘    要:传统呼叫中心主要是通过TDM方式接入现有交换网络进行业务疏通。随着IP技术的不断发展,越来越多的集团客户选择采用IP技术建设呼叫中心平台,传统的接入方式已不能满足这类IP型呼叫中心的接入要求。考虑到IMS网络的融合业务支持能力以及未来网络发展方向,将呼叫中心直连业务由IMS网络来承载将是未来新的解决方案。本文将对于IP型呼叫中心在IMS网络中的部署方案进行分析研究,为后续实际部署提供参考。

Abstract:ABSTRACT: Traditional call center is mainly through the TDM trunk to access the existing switching network. With the development of IP technology, more and more group customer select IP call center. Traditional access methods have been unable to meet the access requirements of this type IP call center. With the widespread deployment of IMS network, which has the ability to support integration services, call center business carried in IMS network will be the new solution. Analysis and research of the deployment scheme of IP call center in IMS network will provide a reference for further practical application.
