Traditional access methods have been unable to meet the access requirements of this type IP call center. With the widespread deployment of IMS network, which has the ability to support integration services, call center business carried in IMS network will be the new solution. Analysis and research of the deployment scheme of IP call center in IMS network will provide a reference for further practical application.
