| Abstract: | This article analyzes the requirements for emergency communication in the stage, focuses on the mobile operators in the basic communication network, emergency communication equipment and other aspects of the emergency communication guarantee ability construction, some of their own views put forward from system development point of view, to promote the new achievements of emergency communication, meet disaster mitigation and communication of information demand. |
