Abstract:This article generally discusses the present situation of quick-frozen food and its new products. Five notices about how to choose quick-frozen foods are also mentioned in it. And five kinds of quick-frozen foods are also introduced in this article. They are: quick-frozen spring rolls, quick-frozen vegetable rolls, quick-frozen bean curd, quick-frozen steamed stuffed buns, quick-frozen dumplings. Their processing methods and features, their preserving methods and features and their cooking methods and features are discussed in great detail.
