应用技能素质的培训是高职教育的灵魂--高职院教学定位之我见

本文从高职教育的宗旨、人才需求的现实、市场竞争的挑战、品位提升的追求等几方面着眼 ,论述了高职 (尤其是刚从中专校升格的高职 )院校应确立应用技能素质的培训是高职教育的灵魂之观念 ,并提出了在思想上和行动上实现这一要求的措施建议。

The Training of Applied Technical Quality is the Soul of Higher Vocational Education--My Opinion about the Orientation of Higher Vocational Education

This article discusses the necessity of higher educational colleges (especially the ones which has just advanced from secondary technical school) to establish the conception that the training of the applied technical quality is the soul of higher occupational education, which takes the following aspects as the point of departure: the aim of the higher vocational education, the reality of the requirement of qualified personnel, the challenge of market competition and the pursuit of promoting the grade, etc. It also gave measures and suggestions of 4 aspects about achieving this requirement both in reasoning and action.
