电网规划方案经济评估方法的研究及软件实现

指出了目前电网规划中经济评估过程的不足之处.结合电网建设实际情况,提出一种易于在电网规划中推广的经济评价方法,有效地考虑了用户侧供电可靠度的经济价值.基于该方法并借助Visual C++ 6.0开发了电网经济评估软件平台.按照模块化设计,系统由参数选择模块、会计报表分析模块、辅助计算模块、计算结果分析模块、结果输出显示模块5部分组成.该系统已在部分省县级电网规划中得到了推广应用.应用实例证明了该评估方法简单、合理、易于推广的优越性.

Study of economy assessment methods for electric power grid planning and related software design
