UCMW冷连轧机板形控制模型的研究与应用

摘    要:对UCMW轧机板形控制系统(包括平直度控制模型、轧辊分段冷却模型以及边降控制模型等)进行了研究和总结,结合硅钢实际生产情况,对UCMW轧机板形控制进行了优化,即边降控制系统增加了多点边部厚度评估,F5机架增加了单锥度工作辊轴向横移功能以消除带钢碎边浪,F3机架增加了边降自动闭环控制。生产结果表明:带钢全长横向厚差不大于10 μm的合格率达到96.1%,带钢头尾超差长度约为50 m,带钢平直度可以控制到3 I-Unit以内。

Abstract:The strip shape control system of UCMW mill, including flatness control model, roll segmented cooling model and strip edge drop control model, was studied and summarized.According to silicon steel rolling practice,the strip shape control system of UCMW mill was optimized,i.e. adding assessment of multipoint edge thickness in the edge drop control system, increasing the single taper work roll shifting function of F5 stand to remove the edge wave of strips,augmenting edge drop automatic closed-loop control to the F3 stand.The production showed that the pass rate of transverse thickness difference of not more than 10 μm along strip length reached 96.1%,the over tolerance length of strips head and tail was about 50 m,and the strip flatness could be controlled within 3 I-Unit.
