摘    要:以溪洛渡水电站泄洪洞弧形闸门支铰安装为例,从埋件安装、吊点设定等准备工作到支铰总成吊装全方位介绍了该大型弧形闸门支铰安装的施工工艺和方法。根据溪洛渡特殊地理条件和施工场地条件,该支铰安装采用固定和活动支铰总成整体吊装方式。平衡梁加配重调整竖直方向安装角度,而水平方向安装角度采用导链调整,取得了良好的效果。最后,提出了大型弧形闸门支铰安装过程中需要注意的若干问题,旨在供有关工程参考。

Abstract:By taking the installation of the hinge of the radial gate for the flood discharge tunnel of Xiluodu Hydropower Station as the study case, The construction technology and method for the installation of the hinge of the radial gate are fully introduced herein from the preparations of the embedded parts installation, hoist-points setting, etc. to the erection of the hinge assembly. In accordance with the specific geographical condition and the condition of the construction site, the method of integral erection is adopted for installing the hinge assembly consisting of both the fixed and moveable hinges. The vertical installing angle of the balancing-beam is adjusted with counter weight, while its horizontal installing angle is adjusted with guide chain; with which better installing effect is obtained. Finally, several problems that attention must be paid to during the installation of the hinge are put forward as well, so as to provide some references for the projects concerned.
