摘    要:随着国家颁布更严格的NOx排放标准,锅炉燃烧优化更多采用低氮燃烧技术。将低氮燃烧技术优化和SCR脱硝系统优化相结合,在锅炉低氮燃烧闭环控制系统、SCR喷氨格栅调节门的状态控制器等方面开展了系列研究,制定了优化策略,开发了锅炉燃烧与脱硝运行综合优化系统。工程实践应用表明,在不同负荷工况下,采用锅炉燃烧与脱硝运行综合优化系统后,脱硝效率提高,SCR反应器出口NOx排放浓度降低,氨逃逸率降低,实现了燃煤机组氮氧化物排放达到燃气轮机的排放标准。

Abstract:With the stricter national standards on NOx emissions set in China, the low NOx combustion technology will be much more widely adopted in boiler combustion optimization. In this paper, a series of study on the closed loop control system for low NOx combustion and the state controller of SCR spraying ammonia grille tone is conducted in consideration of the optimization of low NOx combustion technique and SCR denitration system. In the study, the optimization strategies are proposed and the comprehensive optimization system for boiler combustion and denitration operation is developed. The engineering practice shows that, under different load conditions, by virtue of the comprehensive optimization system in practice, the denitration efficiency is improved while the NOx emission concentration and ammonia escape rate are lowered down at the outlet of SCR reactor. In this way the national standard requirements of gas turbine emissions can be met.
