基于WiFi通信的绝缘子电阻检测机器人的研制

摘    要:目前绝缘子电阻的检测方式主要是人工检测,而人工检测效率低,危险性高,作业强度大。结合实际工程项目,完成了基于WiFi无线通信远程控制的绝缘子电阻检测机器人的研制。该机器人可以用来停(带)电检测架空线路瓷绝缘子串的每片绝缘子电阻,适用于不同角度布置的瓷绝缘子串。检测机器人整个系统由3部分组成,分别为上位机的平板电脑、检测终端和机器人控制受端。工程实践试验表明了机器人性能安全稳定,检测速度快,可以大大提高现场检测绝缘子电阻的效率。

Abstract:Insulator resistance measurement is mainly performed by human, which has low efficiency, high risk and intense workload. An insulator resistance measurement robot based on WiFi wireless remote control is designed and implemented in actual engineering project. The robot can be used to measure porcelain insulator resistance of every piece of insulator string on the overhead line. It is suitable for porcelain insulator string arranged in different angles. The whole system consists of three parts, the upper computer-tablet PC, measuring terminal and actuator robot. Engineering practice test shows safe and stable performance of the proposed method. The fast measurement can greatly improve resistance measurement efficiency.
