热连轧新品种新规格首卷钢尺寸精度控制方法研究

摘    要:针对热连轧新品种新规格首卷钢尺寸精度差的问题,提出了一种用于提高新品种新规格首卷钢尺寸精度的方法。当轧制新品种新规格首卷钢时,在常规热连轧规程设定计算程序中增加了自动添加新钢种子程序和层别模型参数调整子程序的功能。在首钢京唐1 580 mm热连轧生产线粗轧机组进行了现场应用,结果表明:新品种新规格首卷钢的宽度命中率由89.96%提高到95.50%,达到了宽度控制精度要求。

Abstract:To solve the problem of the first coil′s poor size precision of new steel grades or new specifications on hot strip mill, an improved method was proposed. When the first coil of new steel grades or new specifications was rolled, two subroutines which add new steel grades automatically and hierarchy model parameters adjustment were increased in conventional scheduling set- up calculation. A field application was conducted on Shougang Jingtang 1 580 mm hot rolling production line roughing mills. The result showed that the first coil width hit rate of the new steel grades or new specifications rose from 89.96% up to 95.5%. The requirement of width control precision was reached.
