摘    要:细小均匀的晶粒尺寸是保证高档MR钢镀锡板产品力学性能均匀性至关重要的因素。本文利用冷轧及连续退火模拟试验机,研究了冷轧压下率对连续退火MR钢镀锡基板组织性能的影响。结果表明:试样经620℃保温40s处理后可以获得完全再结晶显微组织,且退火再结晶平均晶粒尺寸随冷轧压下率呈非线性变化关系,平均晶粒尺寸与屈服强度、抗拉强度和显微维氏硬度之间符合Hall-Petch公式。

Abstract:The homogeneous fine grain size is the essential factor for guaranteeing the mechanical property uniformity of the top- grade MR- based tinplate products. In this paper, using the cold rolling and continuous annealing simulation equipment , the influence of the cold rolling reduction rate on the microstructures and the mechanical properties of continuous annealing MR- based tinplate were investigated. The results show that the MR steels has the full recrystallization microstructures of annealing at 620 ℃ for 40 s , and furthermore, the cold rolling reduction rate dependence of the average grain sizes of the recrystallization microstructures is non- linear. By compared with the microstructures and the mechanical properties, it is revealed that the average grain size is fit to the Hall- Petch formula with the yield strength, the tensile strength and the micro- vickershardness.
