摘    要:为保证含硼钢淬透性能,结合实际生产,采用实验室加热炉淬火,利用金相显微OM、硬度检测、气体含量检测、以及化学滴定法分析了氮含量对含硼钢淬透性的影响,研究了w(Ti)/w(N)比对含硼钢中有效硼的影响,结果表明:保证含硼钢中有效硼的收得率的w(Ti)/w(N)临界值为6,当w(Ti)/w(N)≤6时,随w(Ti)/w(N)值的降低,硼元素收得率大幅度降低,造成淬透性的较大波动;当w(Ti)/w(N)≥6时,硼元素的收得率受w(Ti)/w(N)值的影响较小,即使w(Ti)/w(N)值增加再大,酸溶硼的含量不再变化。另外,氮含量的增加主要在炼钢工序,分析了炼钢工序增氮的管控措施。

Abstract:In order to ensure the hardenability of boron steel, effect of w(Ti)/w(N) ratio on the effective boron of boron steel was studied by the OM, hardness testing, gas content and chemical titration analysis which quenched using the laboratory furnace. Results showed that effective rate of boron in boron steel of w(Ti)/w(N) critical value is 6. When w(Ti)/w(N) was 6 or less, with the decreasing of w(Ti)/w(N) ratio, boron yield greatly reduced, caused the hardenability volatile. When w(Ti)/w(N) was 6 or higher, the rate of boron element w(Ti)/w(N) ratio had little effect, even if the w(Ti)/w(N) ratio increased again, the content of acid soluble boron no longer changed. In addition, the increase of nitrogen content mainly was in steelmaking process, so the steelmaking process should be intensively controlled.
