摘    要:为了减少汛期弃水,提高水资源利用率,提升水电站经济运行效益,本文在双保证出力调度图制作的基础上提出进一步改进方法。考虑来水量级差异将径流系列分成丰、平、枯三组,提出汛期指示出力的概念和计算方法,绘制分级调度图,以结合定性中长期预报来指导水电站调度运行。以安砂水电站为背景进行实证分析,计算结果表明:按年径流分组绘制的分级调度图操作,结果均优于分别按传统调度图、双保证出力调度图和按汛期径流分组绘制的分级调度图操作的计算结果。因此,按年径流分组绘制的分级调度图具有更好的应用价值。

Study on hierarchical hydropower operation graph with a yearly regulation reservoir

Abstract:In order to reduce the abandoned water during flood season and enhance both the utilization efficiency of water resources and the operations benefit, a further improved method is put forward herein on the basis of the double guaranteed output hydropower operation graph. Firstly, under the consideration of the water level difference, the runoff series is to be divided into three groups, i.e. abundant, normal and dry, secondly, the concept and calculating method for the indicating output during flood season are proposed, and last, a hierarchical dispatching operation graph is made as well, which could have a combination with the qualitative mid-longterm forecasting. Then, a demonstrative analysis is made by taking Ansha Hydropower Station as the study case and the calculation results show that if it is operated with the hierarchical hydropower operation graph made by the annual runoff classification, the results are better than that with the conventional dispatching operation graph, the double guaranteed output dispatching operation graph and the hierarchical hydropower operation graph made by the flood season runoff classification respectively. Therefore, the hierarchical hydropower operation graph made by the annual runoff classification has a better application value.
