摘    要:在分析了现有各种带钢对中传感检测方法的原理和研究现状的基础上,研究了带钢对中位置两段式脉冲电磁检测方法。该方法基于电磁感应工作原理,实验装置由原边激励线圈、两段式副边差分检测线圈、脉冲激励/检测装置组成。经功率放大的脉冲电压信号对原边激励线圈进行激励,通过数字示波器在线采集检测线圈输出的差动信号并进行分析。该装置具有1.2%线性度,±1.0 mm检测精度,±0.1 mm分辨率,能满足工业生产现场对带钢对中检测及纠偏控制的要求。

Abstract:The principal and present study status of the strip center position detection were briefly reviewed. A pulse electromagnetic sensor system was studied for measuring the center position of strip. This detection method was based on the principal of electromagnetic and consisted of an actuating coil, an induction coil and a pulse feeding devices. The actuating and induction coils were arranged at both sides of the strip. In the experiment, the actuating coil was fed by an amplified pulsed voltage, and as a result of coupling effect, a voltage signal in the induction coil was collected by the on-line digital oscilloscope. Through the difference method, the collected data was deal with. The study showed this device can satisfy the needs for both of position detection and center position controlling with linearity of 1.2%, precision of ±1.0 mm and resolving rate of ±0.1 mm.
