南水北调东线狭窄河道钢板桩围堰结合灌注桩设计施工技术

摘    要:针对双排钢板桩围堰的使用受河道地形限制的问题,以杨官屯河闸为背景,对狭窄河道复杂地质条件下小跨度双排钢板桩围堰进行了详细研究,探索出了一套行之有效的灌注桩结合钢板桩围堰的设计施工技术,用于工程实践,取得了良好效果。并运用三维有限元法对钢板桩围堰进行了稳定及变形分析,表明三维有限元法可以较好地模拟钢板桩围堰的实际工作状态,可用于该结构的设计与施工,同时也验证了施工措施的可靠性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the adoption of the double-row steel sheet pile cofferdam is restricted by the landform of river channel, the small span double-row steel sheet pile cofferdam constructed under the complicated geological conditions of narrow river channel is studied in detail by taking Yangguantun Sluice as the background, and then a set of effective design and construction technologies for the construction of the steel-sheet pile cofferdam combined with cast-in-situ pile is researched and developed, which has a better application effect, when it is used in the engineering practice concerned. Furthermore, the analysis on the stability and deformation of the steel-sheet pile cofferdam is made with 3-D finite element method. It shows that the 3-D finite element method can simulate the actual working status of the cofferdam satisfactorily and then can be applied to the design and construction of this kind of structure. Meanwhile, the reliability of the relevant construction measure is certified as well.
