摘    要:针对某电厂1 000 MW机组锅炉存在的燃烧不均匀问题,进行了深入的燃烧优化试验,包括燃烧器配风优化,一次风量运行优化,煤粉细度调整和锅炉整体配风调整,得到了最佳运行控制曲线。在不同负荷工况下的燃烧试验表明,燃烧优化后,风机电耗下降,NOx排放量下降,锅炉排烟热损失及固体不完全燃烧热损失均下降,锅炉效率提高,优化效果良好。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of uneven combustion in a 1 000-MW ultra supercritical boiler, the in-depth combustion optimization tests are conducted, including combustion air distribution optimization, primary air volume optimization, coal powder fineness adjustment and total combustion air distribution adjustment. Through the tests, the optimal operation curve is obtained. The combustion test under different load conditions exhibits that after the combustion optimization, the fan power consumption, the NOx emissions as well as the heat losses of exhaust flue gas and unburned carbon are all reduced. Hence the boiler efficiency is improved and the effectiveness of the combustion optimization is verified.
