摘    要:本文提出了基于混合分析模型的水电厂机组防非停(非计划停运)策略,即:首先采用鱼骨图分析模型、统计分析方法,总结导致水电机组非停的关键因素。在此基础上,针对主机设备,提出了状态监测与优化检修计划相结合的防非停措施,并针对重要控制系统,借鉴故障树分析模型,从励磁系统、调速系统、发变组保护,水机保护等方面出发,挖掘直接导致机组带电停运的关键设备,并制定这些关键设备的三层防护体系。目前,该策略已成功地应用到五强溪电厂,有效地降低了机组非停次数。

Abstract:A hybrid analysis model-based strategy for prevention of unplanned outage of generator unit in hydropower plant is put forward herein, i.e. the fishbone diagram analysis model and statistical analysis method are adopted at first for summarizing the key factors those cause the unplanned outage of generator unit. Whereafter, the measures for preventing the unplanned outage combined with both the status monitoring and optimized maintenance schedule are proposed for the main equipment on the basis of this. Furthermore, the fault tree analysis model is referenced for finding out all the key equipment those directly lead to the unplanned outage from the aspects such as the excitation system, governing system, generator-transformer protection, hydraulic turbine protection, etc., moreover, a three-layers protection system for those key equipment is made as well. At present, the strategy is successfully applied to Wuqiangxi Hydropower Plant, thus the number of the unplanned outages therein is effectively decreased.
