摘    要:针对某渠道混凝土衬砌护面机械化施工过程中出现的纵向裂缝、无规则的干缩裂缝、横向贯通性裂缝、施工冷缝、外力作用下结构破坏缝等问题的原因进行了分析,并自行研发了大型渠道封闭式养护装置。该装置的应用使该渠道混凝土衬砌的裂缝得到有效遏制。

Abstract:The causations of the problems occurred during the mechanized construction of the concrete lining for the surface protection of a channel, such as longitudinal cracks, irregular desiccation cracks, transverse penetrated cracks, construction cold joints, structural damage cracks under effect of external force, etc. are analyzed, and then an enclosed curing installation is self-developed. Thus, the cracks on the concrete lining of the channel are effectively restricted by the application of this installation.
