黄金坪水电站水轮机模型验收试验分析

摘    要:为了验证黄金坪水电站水轮机模型的水力特性,进行了水轮机模型验收试验。试验内容包括仪器仪表率定、效率试验、出力试验、空化试验、压力脉动试验、轴向水推力试验、蜗壳压差试验、导叶水力矩试验、飞逸特性试验、补气试验、尺寸检查等。验收结果表明:初步试验与验收试验基本一致,水轮机各项水力特性满足合同要求。

Abstract:In order to verify the hydraulic characteristics of the turbine model for Huangjinping Hydropower Station, the turbine model acceptance test is made. The test includes the instrument calibration, efficiency test, the output test, cavitation test, the pressure pulsation test, axial hydraulic thrust test, the volute pressure difference test, vane hydraulic torque test, runaway characteristics test, air entrainment test, dimensional inspection, etc. The acceptance result shows that the result of the initial test basically coincides with that of the acceptance test and all the hydraulic characteristics of the turbine meet the contract requirements concerned.
