小型震损水库溃坝后果分析研究

摘    要:采用溃坝后果综合评价函数,通过对小型震损水库溃坝的生命损失、经济损失、社会及环境影响的分析,确定了小型震损水库的溃坝后果,并得出了小型震损水库溃坝后果严重程度的等级划分模型。通过实例说明该模型在小型水库风险分析中实用、便捷,不仅有利于正确认识和评定小型水库溃坝造成的影响和损失,而且可以更合理地对小型水库溃坝风险进行评价。

Abstract:By adopting the function of comprehensive evaluation on the consequence of dam failure, the dam failure consequence of the small-sized earthquake-damaged reservoir is determined through the analysis made on the life loss, economic loss, social and environmental impacts from the dam failure of the small-sized earthquake-damaged reservoir, and then a model for the classification of the severe degree of the dam failure consequence of the small-sized earthquake-damaged reservoir is obtained. It is indicated through an actual case that the model is not only practicable and convenient in the risk analysis of the small-sized reservoir, but also more reasonable to evaluate the dam failure risk of the small-sized reservoir.
