基于冲击回波理论的混凝土裂缝深度测试试验研究

摘    要:裂缝是混凝土结构常见的缺陷之一,对裂缝深度的评估是确定工程服役状况的关键。本文基于冲击回波理论对混凝土裂缝深度进行测试研究。研究成果表明:激震装置极为关键,钢球的直径越小,冲击接触时间就越短,而且有效振幅的频带越宽,但振幅的最大值就越小,反之亦然。混凝土的龄期和混凝土中的钢筋均对测试结果无显著影响。

Abstract:Crack is one of the common defects of concrete structure and the evaluation of the crack depth is the key link to determine the service status of it. Based on the impact-eco theory,an experimental study is made on the depth of the crack. The study result shows that the vibration excitation device is very crucial,i.e. the smaller the steel ball is,the shorter the impact contact time is to be,meanwhile,the wider the frequency-band of the effective amplitude is,the smaller the maximum value of the amplitude is to be,and vice versa. Additionally,no any significant effects are there from the concrete age and the reinforcement inside of concrete on the testing result.
