燃煤电厂SCR烟气脱硝改造工程关键技术

摘    要:当前全国火电机组烟气脱硝改造已进入集中投运期,部分工程实施过程中隐藏的问题也在投运后逐渐显现。针对当前燃煤电厂脱硝改造工程现状,在总结分析当前脱硝改造工程问题的基础上,就设计参数的选取、性能保证值的确定、催化剂的选型、流场设计、吹灰器选型、反应器入口灰斗设置以及配套改造等脱硝改造工程中的关键技术问题进行分析与探讨,提出了相应的意见与解决措施。

Abstract:Presently, the SCR flue gas denitrification projects in thermal power plants are entering into the stage of substantial commissioning services. Unfortunately since then many hidden problems from the process of project implementation have emerged gradually. Regarding the present situation of the flue gas denitrification in thermal power plants, several key technical issues are analyzed and explored based on the summary of present SCR denitrification projects, such as the selection of design parameters, the determination of performance guarantee values, the type selection of catalyst and sootblower, the fluid field design, the ash bucket setup and other related modifications. Finally, corresponding suggestions are provided and solutions to these problems are put forward.
