一起光纤差动保护动作情况分析及探讨

摘    要:光纤电流差动保护动作速度快、抗干扰能力强,被广泛应用于电力系统中,常作为电力线路的主保护,且应双套配置。但近期发生了一起故障时双套光纤差动保护动作不一致的情况,值得相关人员关注。针对这起故障情况,从差动保护原理、故障录波波形以及双端TA的配置等方面进行详细分析,探究保护动作特点,分析故障原因并给出防范措施及改进建议。该案例较典型,与TA配置相关内容可作为设备基建选型的考虑因素,针对事故原因的分析及处理可为设备运维及检修人员提供参考依据,以便遇到类似故障时进行快速判断与处理。

Abstract:With the advantages of rapid action and strong anti-interference, the optical fiber current differential protection has been widely used as the main protection for the transmission lines in power systems and is used in the form of double protection for 220-kV transmission lines in a real power system. However, it is happened recently that the operation of the double protection is inconsistent with each other, which needs the technicians to draw their attention. In this paper, the in-depth analysis on this case is conducted from the aspects of protection principle, fault waveforms and TA selection to explore the features and causes of the protection action and find the preventive measures. The results indicate that this case is quite typical and can be regarded as the factor for type selection with TA. The corresponding preventive measurements can be provided for operators and maintainers to deal with the similar cases quickly and easily.
