摘    要:针对我国水源工程功能转换这一趋势,提出以水库供水调度线为控制,采用长系列等流量调节计算,建立以满足不同用户保证率为目标的可供水量计算分析方法。以三亚市赤田水库为例,通过长系列操作计算,确定同时满足生态环境需水、城镇供水、农业灌溉等多目标多保证率要求的水库最大可供水量,并分析城镇可供水量与用户保证率的变化关系和水源功能变化对设计供水能力的影响。该方法具有一定实用性和通用性,可为水库可供水量的计算提供参考。

Abstract:Through the in situ testing made on the structures of the offshore wind turbines within Qidong Sea Area, the structure response signals under the ambient excitation are collected, and then a modal analysis on the structure is carried out by both the natural excitation technique and the eigen-system realization algorithm through establishing 3-D numerical model with the identification of the modal parameters of the offshore wind turbine in combination with the determination of singular entropy. The result shows that the data from the finite element analysis on the offshore wind turbine are better coincided with those from the experimental modal analysis, thus the accurate identification of the modal parameter is realized for providing a basis for the health monitoring and damage detection of the structure concerned.
