摘    要:考虑现有灌浆工艺的不足,系统研究了成套的控制灌浆技术,配制了可控性粘土水泥系列浆材,对其自身特性进行了研究。创新了"自下而上,浆体封闭,高压脉动灌浆"新工法。通过多种途径研究了其工艺流程、控制标准和关键技术。将研究成果应用于托口水电站河湾地块防渗帷幕工程中,应用效果良好。

Abstract:Under the consideration of the defects of the existing grouting technologies, a set of controlled grouting technologies is systematically studied, while a series of controlled clay-cement grouting materials is made up along with the study on their behaviors. A new construction method, i.e.“bottom-to-top, slurry closing, high pressure pulse grouting”is innovated. The technology process, control standards and key techniques of this construction method are studied through several ways. The application effect is better, when it is applied to the project of the anti-seepage of the river-bend block at Tuokou Hydropower Station.
