热镀锌板镀层表面点状缺陷的分析方法

摘    要:使用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)和激光共聚焦扫描显微镜(LCSM)等分析方法研究了热镀锌板镀层表面的典型点状缺陷。结果表明:采用扫描电镜和激光共聚焦显微镜可以获得缺陷的形貌特征,而使用能谱分析仪可以确定缺陷的元素构成。根据点状缺陷的形貌特征及其元素组成,可以判断点状缺陷的来源。

Abstract:Typical dot defects on coating surface of hot- dip galvanized sheet were studied by some analysis techniques including scanning electrical microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS)and laser confocal scanning microscopy (LCSM). The research showed that appearance characteristics of the dot defects could be confirmed by SEM and CLSM,and chemical composition of the dot defects could be determined by EDS. Based on the analysis about the appearance characteristics and the chemical composition, origin of dot defects were estimated and confirmed.
