老挝南梦3水电站压力管道的设计与施工

摘    要:受地形地质条件及生态环境的制约,老挝南梦3水电站压力管道施工采取了回填埋管的形式,不但节省了隧洞施工成本、减少了施工难度、加快了工程进度、节约了工程造价,而且有效保护了生态环境。经过近10年的运行,本工程的设计与施工的经济性、适应性、可靠性得到了充分验证,具有一定的推广应用前景。

Abstract:Under the restrictions of both the topographical and geological condition and the eco-environment, the backfilled embedded pipeline is taken for the construction of the penstock of Nam Mang-III Hydropower Station in Laos; from which not only the tunneling cost is saved and the construction difficulty is reduced with an accelerated construction progress and saved project cost, but the eco-environment therein is also effectively protected. Through the operation for nearly 10 years, the economy, adaptability and reliability of the design and construction of this project are fully demonstrated, and then it has a certain prospect of popularization and application.
